 | Brian Cox is an expert in electronic government with particular reference to customer service review and contact centres. Brian started his career in local government, before moving into the private sector. He managed the Woolwich Bank business transformation project which won the prestigious Computer Weekly Project of the Year award in 2000.
Currently acting as Change Management consultant in partnership with Braintree District Council, Brian has completed Priority Outcomes preparedness analyses for both Braintree and Tendring Districts. |

She is also helping Fareham Borough Council as an interim e-government Programme Manager. Her in-depth analysis skills, coupled with an acute business focus and innate pragmatism, have made her contribution invaluable to several major IT projects, where the vision of senior management needed to be translated into workable solutions. These projects have encompassed a range of customer-facing systems backed by complex mainframe and process automation systems integration. |

He has also been involved in a number of recent etransactional preparedness technical reviews, including those for London Borough of Barking and Dagenham and Belfast City. |

As well as designing technology frameworks and project managing the implementation of different electronic channels, including DiTV, he has been involved in every scale of e-development from major company end-to-end e-business solutions to smaller scale interactive web sites for non-governmental organisations. |

 | Peter is an experienced Systems Consultant advising on information technology, workflow and information management. His work has involved the analysis of business processes and the specification and commissioning of computer systems and project management. He has also developed and implemented Customer Services and Quality Management systems. Nearly all Peter’s work experience has been gained with local authorities. Peter has a particular interest in the effective integration and implementation of business processes and information technology to achieve organisational change and best value. As a senior manager in local government Peter has been involved in specifying and commissioning a range of information strategies and systems for Social Services and jointly with Health Authorities and Trusts. |

 | Lamorna Spry is a consummate local e-government IT professional, with good academic qualifications and a long track record of working for local authorities and ICT companies providing services to this sector. With a sound technical background, she has also held senior positions, including Head of IT or similar at three district councils. Recent experience has included moving councils forward with e-services and her work at Cotswold District saw their web sites SOCITM Insight rating move from Promotional, the lowest category,, in 2004 to Transactional, the highest, in 2005. A natural team player, her strong facilitation skills enable her to work well with colleagues at all levels. Lamorna became a Nineveh associate at the beginning of 2005. |
