Tim Dawes has 29 years experience in the IT industry, most of it within the public sector. He has extensive IT management, technical consulting and project management experience. In 1997 Tim founded Nineveh Consulting and acts as the company’s Managing Consultant. An authority on matters relating to IT procurement in the public sector, his particular areas of expertise include ICT strategy development, electronic government, IT recruitment and resource management, project management and outsourcing.

Brian Cox is an expert in electronic government with particular reference to customer service review and contact centres. Brian started his career in local government, before moving into the private sector. He managed the Woolwich Bank business transformation project which won the prestigious Computer Weekly Project of the Year award in 2000.

Currently acting as Change Management consultant in partnership with Braintree District Council, Brian has completed Priority Outcomes preparedness analyses for both Braintree and Tendring Districts.

Veronica has an exceptional track record of managing and developing organisations and implementing successful strategic change programmes. A skilled business professional she has operated in the public and private sectors managing both company operations and technology delivery units. An experienced and value focused Programme/Project Manager, Veronica has led substantial business change initiatives from inception through to service delivery. She is skilled in assessing the benefit, cost and risks associated with major change programmes and communicating and negotiating with all involved parties (e.g. programme sponsor, commercial suppliers). She has a strong background in research and statistical analysis and has written and presented reports at all levels. Veronica is a dynamic individual with strong commitment, high energy levels and significant organisational and communication skills.

She has additional extensive skills in project management as well as marketing (including product development), sales and procurement consultancy.

Kate is a very experienced BPR and Change Management consultant who has worked on the Dacorum Planning Modernisation project and is currently restructuring process in Winchester as part of their contact centre project. She is also helping Fareham Borough Council as an interim e-government Programme Manager.

Her in-depth analysis skills, coupled with an acute business focus and innate pragmatism, have made her contribution invaluable to several major IT projects, where the vision of senior management needed to be translated into workable solutions. These projects have encompassed a range of customer-facing systems backed by complex mainframe and process automation systems integration.

Lon has extensive experience in both the private and public sectors. His specialist areas include: network review, cabling & hardware procurement.

Recent assignments include complete reviews and network infrastructure refreshing for Eastleigh and Winchester and reviewing the desk top equipment and service options for Test Valley. He has also been involved in a number of recent etransactional preparedness technical reviews, including those for London Borough of Barking and Dagenham and Belfast City.

Ben is an enthusiastic and experienced business focussed IT professional with an excellent track record in Electronic Channel design; development and integration gained in Blue Chip financial services suppliers. He has recently joined Nineveh seeking to develop his skills in other areas and in particular to bring the skills he has acquired from his exceptional commercial track record to local e-government.

Able to operate at all levels, Ben is equally at home with senior management, designers and technicians. As well as designing technology frameworks and project managing the implementation of different electronic channels, including DiTV, he has been involved in every scale of e-development from major company end-to-end e-business solutions to smaller scale interactive web sites for non-governmental organisations.

Pete is one of the UK\'s best known GIS and LLPG consultants and has worked on several Nineveh projects in District Councils. Pete has recently worked on the GIS aspects of the Planning Modernisation Project at Dacorum.

Pete Williams is a very knowledgable consultant and commercial business manager, with 25 years of experience, in both the private and public sectors. A recognised expert in CRM and e-Commerce, he has spoken at UK and international conferences.

He focusses on developing a strategic vision and taking it through to the successful, practical implementation of CRM and multi-channel systems (branch, call centre, internet, kiosk, TV and wireless). These have included the integration of process automation systems (eg, workflow and document management).

Dave Farmer is an experienced Project Manager and e-Government Systems Architect with extensive system experience gained in both the private and public sectors over the past 15 years. Before joining Nineveh, Dave worked for a local authority where he project managed a number of innovative projects and gained expertise working on national projects.

Whilst he has a wide range of experience in local government systems implementation, Dave\'s particular speciality is in on-line Planning and Licensing applications and in Document Management and Workflow.

Peter is an experienced Systems Consultant advising on information technology, workflow and information management. His work has involved the analysis of business processes and the specification and commissioning of computer systems and project management. He has also developed and implemented Customer Services and Quality Management systems. Nearly all Peter’s work experience has been gained with local authorities.

Peter has a particular interest in the effective integration and implementation of business processes and information technology to achieve organisational change and best value. As a senior manager in local government Peter has been involved in specifying and commissioning a range of information strategies and systems for Social Services and jointly with Health Authorities and Trusts.

Lamorna Spry lamorna@nineveh.co.uk

Lamorna Spry is a consummate local e-government IT professional, with good academic qualifications and a long track record of working for local authorities and ICT companies providing services to this sector. With a sound technical background, she has also held senior positions, including Head of IT or similar at three district councils.

Recent experience has included moving councils forward with e-services and her work at Cotswold District saw their web sites SOCITM Insight rating move from Promotional, the lowest category,, in 2004 to Transactional, the highest, in 2005.

A natural team player, her strong facilitation skills enable her to work well with colleagues at all levels. Lamorna became a Nineveh associate at the beginning of 2005.

Omar has 10 years experience in IT Management and 10 years experience in customer service and developing contact centres. He has a wealth of knowledge of implementing ITIL best practice and processes within the public and private sectors.
